I made a balsamic glaze duck and the pan just basically rinsed completely clean! The rack was sturdy and stiff, not wobbly.

Haven't tried it yet, but hope that I can make good gravy from the drippings. My old pan was just too sticky to work with.

This pan lived up to expectations. I needed a pan that could easily hold a 25 lb. turkey. It did.Admirably. The coated rack was a BREEZE to clean up. Pan drippings literally slid off the pan.Perfect for getting drippings for gravy making. Pan was a breeze to clean hours later, too. Highly recommend this pan. You do have to rememberto use only wooden or plastic utensils around it. And the bottom did scratch a tiny bit from the metalcontact with oven racks. (Hard not to do with a 25 lb. bird!) Not worried about this because the pan does come with a lifetime warranty.

I have now had an opportunity to use this pan on several occasions. I found the pan a perfect size for my 16-20 pound turkeys, and a perfect pan for beef or pork roasts surrounded by vegetables.The shape of the pan's handles made it extremely easy for me to place the larger turkeys and roasts into the oven or to retrieve them throughout the roasting process. The rack was a perfect shape for holding my larger turkeys.Every one of my turkeys has browned beautifully. I generally start the turkey roasting process breast side down and flip the birds halfway through. This creates a turkey that is more moist and flavorful.I am extremely pleased and feel the pan will provide me many years of delicious and flavorful turkeys and roasts.

Bought for making a Prime Rib...it is a huge pan, but perfect for the job and may replace my old turkey roaster.

I think I returned this because I had some company cancel Thanksgiving, but still have my old one which works like a charm. Love it.

This pan looks like a good product seems like it’s quality and cooks good......But the paint started peeling after only one use it’s not worth the purchase, terrible product!
