What I love about metal measuring spoons is how exact the measurements are. Plastic ones show wear after a while.

I really like the quality of this product. The surface has a brushed finish and the material is strong enough that it doesn’t bend. The print hasn’t come off but I hand wash. I’m not sure how well the print will hold up if washed in the dishwasher. I like that the measuring spoons are all attached to a hoop to keep them together. My old set was not attached and I was always searching through my drawer for the size I needed. The only downside that I’ve found in this product is that the spoons are round so they don’t fit in all my spice bottles. I have to pour the spice into the measuring spoon which means I am always wasting some of my spices because I’m not very good at pouring dried spices into the smaller measuring spoons.

Sun. Oct. 6, 2024These Cuisinart measuring spoons were delivered today. We also bought the Cuisinart measuring cups to match. Both stainless. On the handles of each, the name CUISINART is stamped in black ink, and then the measurement of the spoon or cup is also stamped in black. ISSUE: on the 1/2 teaspoon, the "R" and the "T" of the name CUISINART are either blurred or missing. See picture attached. We're trusting this was a new set, and not someone's return. If the stamping is this bad on the 1/2 teaspoon, then we know it'll happen to the rest of the spoons and the cups. PLEASE NOTE: we bought a Cuisinart coffeemaker for $199 (Model: Cuisinart Coffee Center 2-in-1), and noticed that after 4 mos the word "CARAFE" was missing the "F" and the "E", so the button said "CARA". We called Cuisinart, and there are no "button parts" they sell for this coffeemaker. No, we are not using harsh detergents or chemicals, and we are touching the button with dirty fingers. We're very picky about our kitchen tools & gadgets. We've had many Cuisinart products in the past, but we noticed that the ones engraved or embossed with the name CUISINART, don't have this problem with "missing letters". Only the "stamped ink" products have this. We are returning for a full refund, and have already gotten the return code. Very, very disappointed in Cuisinart. We've had problems like this with products from the brand name that has the initials, "K.A.".

I love the design and its pretty. Its measurements are accurate and easy to read. Being it is metal could give a little noise as you move from one spoon to another compared to plastic ones, but this can last you a lifetime. Its corrosion resistant and a good investment!
