When I was in the market for a stand mixer, I was researching different brands. I noticed my daughter has this Cuisinart brand and she said it worked well for her. "That other brand" (you know the one) gave me sticker shock, so I gave this one a chance between reading the reviews and knowing someone that has it and uses it.So glad I did! No complaints from me and I have used it regularly for the last year.I have used this for cream cheese fillings, batters, and a bread dough that requires 20 + minutes of mechanical mixing.Dough hook works as expected. The mixer stays put while working the batch of dough at the required medium low to medium setting and does not walk across my counter.Same with the batter and cream cheese filling using the paddle. Whisk worked well egg whites, which is the only time I have used it.However, you will need to scrape down the sides of the bowl from time to time as the paddle does not have a built-in scraper.Over longer singular dough mixing sessions, does get warm (as expected), but does not overheat.Able to take attachments, though I have not had the opportunity to try this feature out yet.

I got my mixer 2 months ago. I’ve used it about 10 times so far for frosting, batter, and bread dough so far and really like it. I’ve made swiss merengue successfully and 4 dozen cupcakes at once. I also got the used-like new to save money, so all in all, a really good purchase for less than $200 compared to the ridiculously expensive kitchenaid.Now I haven’t written an amazon review in YEARS but I was REALLY impressed with customer service.The handle from the mixing bowl broke. I called cuisinart and the entire duration of the phone call was 7 mins. I didn’t have to wait on hold forever and in that time they got my info and sent me the tracking for my new bowl.I could be mad about the fact that the bowl broke at all after little use, but hey, now I’ll have 2 bowls (though one broken) to make my life easier when making cake batter and frosting back to back.

We use multiple times a week. It’s classy and provides enough room to handle anything so far. Various hooks helps our baking, bread making, pizza dough and more! Plus looks clean in the kitchen area. Love the price!

I purchased this mixer after reading a Lot of reviews and watching Youtube. I am very pleased with its power and the attachments included. It is easy to clean and carry from place to place. This is a huge upgrade from the old mixers with beater blades.

I had an old stand mixer from the 40's when Hobart was becomming Kitchen-Aid. I replaced the grease in the head of it at one point, and, from that point on, it had no "low speed" option, and would intermittently howl while being used. I reluctantly decided it was time to replace, and did so with this. I am happy with it in its own right, and I am happy with it as a replacement for my old workhorse.While I was at it, I got the ice cream maker, meat grinder, and "spiralizer" attachments, after confirming that Kitchen-Aid attachments were compatible with Cuisinart. I've enjoyed the ice cream maker, I love the splash guard, and I am looking forward to making sausage and zoodles in the near future.Powerful, quiet, easy to use, no complaints at all.

I purchased in red and it is beautiful. It is a heavy mixer well built and performs well. It is digital and it took me a little while to get used to that but I really like it now. When it starts mixing, it starts out on low and gradually builds up so that mixture doesn’t fly all over. It also has a guard for the top which I use and love. It comes with two bowls, Which was a surprise to me. I would recommend this for a purchase for yourself or as a gift.

We bought this to upyfrom a hand mixer until we purchase a KitchenAid, but it works so well no need to buy anything else. Perhaps we just got caught up in all the chatter about KitchenAid. We nearly missed iut in this gem. Now this model corrected a previous version so do your homework to be sure you are getting the model you want. We have made batches of chocolate chip cookies and baking a cake now. We plan to make fresh bread... supposedly dough is where the Cuisinart separates from the Kitchen Aid with the latter as superior; I cannot speak to that yet. What I know is that it cut our prep time considerably, it fits underneath the counter cabinet, it's quiet, it's efficient and it is a third of the KitchenAid cost. Bought it refurbished for $108, no regrets!

I was initially in the market for a Kitchen Aid stand mixer, but after waiting weeks for a model I had ordered, I was unceremoniously informed by Amazon, that Kitchen Aid could not deliver. I was initially deeply disappointed.Then, not one to dwell on past mistakes, I opted instead to order a Cuisinart Stand Mixer and what a happy decision that turned out to be. The Cuisinart arrived quickly, in mint condition. It is solidly built and nicely designed and looks great on my counter top. It is very simple to use and clean and very powerful. I have used it a few times to mix bread dough, which is the primary reason I ordered it, and it does this masterfully with power to spare. I have only owned this item for a month or so, so I cannot speak to its long term durability, but so far, so good. I am very happy with my Cuisinart Stand Mixer.

La verdad dudaba mucho en comprar esta batidora pues tengo una kitchen pero necesitaba otra. Y fue la mejor compra que he hecho, más económica, es super liviana, de muy buena potencia, mayor capacidad del tazón, los accesorios son muy buenos, sólo el batidor de globo se me hace un poco más frágil comprado con la kitchen, pero todos los demás accesorios son muy resistentes. Me dedico a la pastelerÃa y la uso diariamente y no me arrepiento. Estoy super feliz y la recomiendo ampliamente, no se van a arrepentir. 👌ðŸ»ðŸ«¶ðŸ»ðŸ˜ðŸ‘ðŸ»
