Ok this item is very stiff in the center but the all important edges fold up when trying to scrape a bowl or divide the dough. I would not purchase this again.

Nice little tool to have. Has a bendy metal core so it's strong enough to bend a little. May want to get a bendier one to add to my collection for different needs.
