I put these points on my Onan B48G powered lawn tractor. It was a struggle because the sissy little threads they put for the only screw stripped out under very little force. It caused me to lose time trying to figure out what happened as the wire attaches from underneath. So, I'm busy testing plugs and coils, etc. forcing me to push mow a half acre of deep wet lawn twice. Once I identified the issue, I wound up using the nylon piece from the old points which were old and thus the threads are brittle. This was a very disappointing and overpriced set of points.

The price is crazy for something so simple. My suggestion if you have a B43G like me, get a "points saver" (electronic ignition that used the points for timing), it is twice the price of these points, but should never fail.If the points were more reasonably priced, they would be 5-star, but due to cost, find a better long term solution.

Do not get the Condenser that is shown as 'Frequently bought together" Unless it is mounted under the cover with the points. If you have one that is mounted outside the cover the part # is 312-0256
