The turner only spins at one speed and it tends to have a small humming sound. Initially I thought it was my neighbor doing some housework until I realized it was my cup turner. However, it’s an amazing value - there are so many items included in this set to start. The turner was simple to put together. It’s a lightweight turner and takes up very little desk space. It’s a good quality product.

This was very easy to assemble the turner and it works perfectly. It goes just the right speed, as well as not bulky and holds cups well. I can move it around very easily and it’s sturdy.Plan on purchasing more items from this company!

I’m a beginner, so I think this is a good kit for those just trying to explore other crafting options. I actually bought this for when I mess up sublimating my tumblers. I finally used it last night and it is fairly easy to use. The only thing I wish I had was some sort of “key†to hold the pvc pipe to the turner. After a bit of turning, it will shift and come off the turner. So I took a paper clip and made shift something to push through the hole of the turner and pvc pipe to prevent it from falling off. However, overall, I am pleased with it. It’s definitely a bit of a learning curve.

This cup turner is awesome, I was a beginner and this was my first and now only tuner I own because I love it! I had an issue with the screw slipping after 2 months, but company quickly resolved and sent a new one asap! Great turner and great customer service.

I like the kit that it comes with but I’ve only used it for one tumbler so far and it makes this annoying sound every other turn. So if you’re okay with something making a squeaky low pitched noise then you should be good to go. I liked the price point but I should have just spent the little extra money and got something better.
