My son has been enjoying these. They’re a soft foam so they do bend and hold teeth marks after the fact, if you know you know. Average quality. Stick to our fridge and dishwasher just fine but it’s not a super strong magnet.Good value for the price. Serves its purpose. Our son is 13 months so he’s not spelling things out or doing the alphabet however he does enjoy moving them around and pulling them on and off. The animal images are clear and brightly colored.

My daughter is at the age where she is wanting to play with the things on the fridge. These are perfect and safe for little toddler hands. They are strong enough to stick to the fridge, but light enough to where she can remove herself. The animals are even more unique than other alphabet animals which makes it fun for as she gets older (ex W is warthog). As a former preschool teacher, I would have loved to have these in my classroom.

My kid become obsessed with magnets at Grandma's house. Being about 1.5yo (younger than recommended age) she didn't have enough dexterity to peel off some of the stronger or flatter magnets we already had. This magnet set introduces letter and animals and they are all on foam like blocks. The magnets hold great but aren't too strong for her to overcome. The foam block its on gives her something to grab onto. My only complaint is that i wish it were a more normal/basic set of animals for learning purposes for her age.for example i would have preferred: Dog, Cat, Fox, Lionover the included: Quail, X-ray Fish, UrchinBut other than that its delightful.Pros:-Hold well but not too strong-3D enough to grab for little hands-Cute picturesCons:-A few odd animal choices compared to those that were omitted. I thought about dropping a start for this... but my kid doesn't really give a hoot.

These are super cute and durable magnets but some of the animals are interesting choices for teaching a toddler. I definitely would’ve used some different animals for certain letters like Dog instead of Dragonfly, Whale instead of Warthog, and maybe even Vulture instead of Viper (since really our toddler just calls it a snake). We’ll still use them but wish there were a couple better animals in the mix.

This gift was for my 2 year old great niece who is expecting a new brother or sister any minute. She loves these magnets. There are so many to keep her occupied. She sat one at a time placing them on the refrigerator giving her lots of time to keep occupied. This is expecially important for mom knowing that there is another little one on the way. They are strong and also you can wipe them clean with a damp rag.

The best present I could have gifted my daughter. In just 2 months she learned the animals already!!! It’s so educational we love it! It’s definitely worth the price! Like we said it’s been 2 months and she still has them they’re sturdy since they’re wood which I like that they’re a good size and they work great! They magnetize great!

These are great magnets. I was struggling to find thick enough magnets that covered the entire back, with ability for tiny fingers to pick up! Perfect for mastering fine motor skills and large enough to reduce my fear of choking!

Be wary that younger babies may be able to tear the foam with their teeth and choke. Otherwise, bub loves these.
