FCS521/FCS2151 series AC current transmitters can isolate and measure AC current and output standard industrial signals o-5v,0-10v or 4-20mA,which can be connected to various ADs to form a variety of Digital centralized acquisition system, or output to PLC to form an automatic control system,or connect with traditional analog or digital indicating instruments to display the measured value. FCS521 series (input 0-10/20/50A)，FCS2151(input O-100/150/200A),these two series can be set by jumpers,select and input the appropriate monitoring current. Strong anti-overload ability,high precision, high isolation, high safety, low power consumption, strong anti-interference ability,etc..and easy to install, there are two options of fixed port and clamp-shaped opening, widely used in the field of industrial automation.
Working principle：
Based on the electromagnetic induction theory,when the current changes, an induced current will be generated.The large current is converted into a standard small current through a transformer, and then a 0-5V;O-10V or 4-20Ma DC signal can be output through the related signal processing circuit and output control circuit, which is transmitted to the next level system.

I’ve used several of these for sensing power on Woodshop tools and automating dust collection. 7 have worked great, but 1 doesn’t work at all. Unfortunately I ordered multiple at once in early October and it took some time to set them up, so by the time I discovered the dead one the return window was closed.
