I installed this myself after lifting the rear end of my 2016 Nissan Versa Note onto jackstands and following the instructions. It took about two hours. Putting the hitch in place, and reaching the mounting holes was easy, but getting the nuts onto the shaft and tightening them to specs was a challenge. As directed one bolt needs to be torqued to 110 ft/lbs and the other two to 80 ft lbs. If you don't have a cutting saw, a floor jack, jackstands, torque wrench and a ratchet set, its probably better to have a shop do the work .. where the install time should be about thirty minutes.

Perfect fit 2014 Nissan Versa Note, easy to install I am 77 yrs. old first time installing any trailer hitch took me about 1 1/2 Hrs. only because my floor jack is too small to get it high enough for my large body to fit under the car, now that I know how it goes on could probably install it again in maybe 45 minutes or less.

This product was easy to install, especially for someone with minimal skills. We installed it on our Nissan Versa Note for use with a bike rack when towing the car behind the RV. We've had no problems with the hitch and like that it is not too visible when not in use. The only drawback is you really can't open the hatch when the bike rack is hooked up to the trailer hitch, but that has nothing to do with the product.

Installation was easy enough, I was able to put it on by myself in about 30 mins. It is pretty solid, I just use it for my back rack as it is not rated for very much weight. I am sure some people tow small trailers with it, but I would be hesitant to do so.

Easy to follow installation instructions. Having the car on jack stands or on a lift, makes it much easier to mount, trim, and tighten bolts. Otherwise, with having tools available, does make it smother to install. As my intention was for adding a hitch mount or bicycle mount, it has many times served to tie down items on my roof of my car to the hitch for secure hold-downs to prevent accidents.

The welding ruined the receiver tube. I couldn't insert the ball mount enough to put the hitch pin in. Replacement would take too long to arrive. Decided to hacksaw the blob of metal out.

Arrived on date promised installed on my 2014 Nissan Versa Note as advertised, with common tools. Great Utube video explaining the installation process and the supplied instructions listed the required tools, nut torques and illustrated the bolt and spacer locations. Well constructed hitch excellent finish. Installed by myself in about 45 minutes. Towed a 4 by 6 rental trailer for camping and it worked excellent. I would recommend this product.

The fit is perfect for the Versa Note. You have to cut the bumper cover a bit but it's ok, that way the trailer hatch is not sitting too low under the car. I found easier to install by jacking the left rear wheel to have more space to work with. It took me 45 minutes.
