Instead of a latch, QuickPin uses a simple hitch pin to create a safe, reliable, hassle-free towing connection. It's as easy as dropping the trailer tongue onto the hitch ball, inserting the QuickPin hitch pin, and that's it! No more wrestling with a rusty latch, and no adjustment or tightening needed. This trailer hitch coupler is fully tested according to SAE J684 specifications. It is rated for 3,500 pounds and fits any standard 2-inch diameter trailer ball. The coupler channel can be mounted on a 2-inch wide trailer tongue beam, featuring standard mounting holes to fit most existing bolt patterns (mounting hardware not included). It is also finished in a durable black powder coating for lasting rust resistance. NOTE: This coupler comes with a 1/2-inch pin that must be used when connecting the trailer. It may not be replaced with a different 1/2-inch pin.

Bought this unit for my welding trailer, to replace when the previous owner cobbled to the front of it for a hitch. Probably what he had laying around. Anyway, this hitch works perfectly on the trailer. I did not bolt or weld it on though. I used stainless pins that I made to hold it on. This allows me to quickly remove or install it as necessary. I did this to make the trailer much harder to steal. I like the fact that the main pin and hair pin are tethered to the hitch so you can't loose them. It's super simple and gets the jobs done with no frills. Would buy again.

This coupler works as well as advertised. you know the regular push down lever type on most small trailers, they work fairly well on flat ground, but as soon the trailer is on a slant, example driveway, small hill, and you usually have to push the trailer back to get the lever to go down. NOT with this coupler, just drop it on ball and slide the pin in, install the safety clip and ROLL. so much easier and more secure, you are not relying on the heavy gauge sheet metal latch. you have you have heavy gauge steel hitch and 5/8 ths solid steel pin securing your trailer. this is EASIER AND SAFER.

Nice product fits tight to 2in ball I was expecting more play but when I tested it it’s perfect also the pin quick release system is great very easy to use and also tight the whole setup is good no rattling great very satisfied 💯

Love the Fact that this Directly replaced my 1 7/8 coupling with this 2" Coupler. Now I don't have to remove my 2" receiver hitch every time I use the Log Splitter. Yes 2" is overkill but nothing I own is 1 7/8" so now I don't have to remove all the receivers on everything just to accommodate ONE piece of equipment. Life is easier with this Replacement Coupler with NO latch! SWEEEEEET!

After years of struggling with hitches that need to be just right to latch properly, I love this one. My only regret is that one of my trailers has a hitch that is welded on, so I can’t easily replace all of my hitches with this kind.Bottom line, this is so much easier to use that I never want the traditional style again.

Just bought a used overlanding trailer; when I picked it up I found the level action hitch to get off would go right into my Jeep Wrangler rear tire. Thus, the need for this coupler. Easy to install and takes care of the problem.

This is a great trailer hitch. This makes connections easy and you know it locked to the ball. You can pull your trailer with confidence. Highly recommend.

Really really happy with how much simpler this has been to use, especially on steep angles, compared to the regular style which can be finicky and break down with age.Also acts as a theft deterrent if you store the pin away from your trailer (especially as it's not a standard size)
