This is a fantastic value. It seems durable, and has a good length tether.It’s easy to install, keeps connectors clean, and functions perfectly as designed.It will not fit around split looms, so you need to wrap it around the wires themselves.

Just put this on my trailer. It seems like it will protect well. I had to work the clasp a little bit to get it to stay closed and attached to the harness, but once on there it seems like it will stay put.

This 4-pin connector cover keeps water and dirt out of our trailer's connector. It is a perfect companion to the CURT connector on our car's 4-pin. No complaints at all.

This was really decently priced and should be good to protect my trailer wiring connector from water, dust, dirt, etc. while it is parked. The price was low enough that I ended up buying two of these, just in case the first breaks or falls off while I’m using the trailer.

ProsI got it to protect the trailer's connector. It does that well which is its function.ConsI haven't been able to snap shut the retention clasp. It seems like the plastic plug is too big for the hole.ImprovementsMould in a decently tough ring or a snap (different design, something a bit easier to close but with long term reliability) that you could then use a chain, cord, or wire to attach to your trailer by means you choose.For me, I'd like a 15" coated cable with a metal islet that I can use to attach to the trailer using a self tapping sheet metal screw (itichi is one vendor).The short plastic 'cord' and the cheap snap that's too hard to snap shut isn't much use to me.
