These tubeless air valves are designed to work with CushCore inserts and allow for air and sealant to flow through the rim channel without being obstructed by the insert. This product features a set of premium valves with a high-quality nitrile rubber seal and an innovative design. As a company, CushCore is based on a new concept of tire suspension. CushCore tubeless air valves are specially designed to work with a CushCore insert. The air passageway is T-shaped, rather than a simple through-hole, which prevents the insert from obstructing airflow through the valve. The valve body is CNC machined from 6061 T-6 aluminum, anodized green, with a tapered rubber collar permanently bonded at the sealing interface. The valve core can be removed to add tire sealant. A locknut with o-ring seal and valve cap are included. Complete your CushCore suspension system with CushCore engineered Air Valves.

The three ports to allow air in is a necessity if you run CushCore. Mine is in conjunction with CushCore Pro.

This worked great. If your thinking about running a Cush core without their valve, stop thinking and don’t do it. You can’t adjust air pressure with it! Awesome!!

You’ll need these valves or ones similar to these to run cushcore. Traditional tubeless valves get all gunked up and plug up when you run cushcore. These valves have the holes on the side of the base so the cushcore won’t plug it up and you’ll actually be able to get air into the tire. You can also run these without cushcore without issue.
