I ordered a jersey and it came larger than expected. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent out a new jersey in my correct size. They even made a change for me at no charge. I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised at such good service. I even got to keep the other one, but it doesn't fit, so I cut the sleeves off and made it into more of a tank top. Thanks!

I would highly recommend anyone to buy your jerseys here. The customization turned out exactly how I had pictured it would and was of Grade A quality! Shipping for our entire teams individual orders showed up a week early and some were more than a week early. A+ all around!
