The above are the picture I used which was sent over Facebook and the finally product. This was a gift for my son for Christmas. The product came earlier then the dates provided which was great!! It was easy to read which each color was and where they were supposed to go. The two issues I had was first it was difficult to use my phone to line the picture in the size I wanted which I could have used the computer if I wanted to take the time. Then in some of the different diamonds some of the diamonds were stuck together,which was more annoying then an issue. It just took longer to do those colors. There were plenty of each diamond so there wasn't a worry about running out of the larger color. I would use this company again if I decide to do a diamond art of one of my pictures.

When you click on this site, it AUTOMATICALLY SHOWS "ROUND DRILLS" AS THE SELECTED CHOICER. I have ordered before this with no problem. I ordered again, thinking I was getting round drills. I ordered a 2nd one of the same picture for a friend, it was a picture of her place, so it was a duplicate order. I never questioned it, UNTIL I opened it and found "square drills." They say I selected it. I have never done square drills, I have over 150 DP's, ALL round drills. I belong to a club and hear the great majority hate squares, they are supposed to be much harder to do. On the 24th I did order a small peacock one, out of curitosity to see what square drills were like, never dreaming that the custom one I ordered through here would arrive with squares. I never changed the drills on the 2 custom ones went from round to square. I keep going back in to see what they offer and it is ALWAYS on round drills! I just wanted to make sure I was not imagining things, so I know that is where it was set when I ordered. I do not know what kind of glitch occurred, but something weird happened. My friend is not an experienced DP person so I did not want it to be difficult for her. Hers are squares too because I just clicked to duplicate the order, thinking they were round drills. Maybe they are trying to push square drills because hardly no one wants to do them and they have an over stock. They worked with me or Amazon did, and they have always beend great, and gave me a refund for both DP's. I had already ordered ROUND drills through another company. With this outcome I will use them again, BUT, BE VERY CAREFUL AND DOUBLE/TRIPLE CHECK the kind of drills it shows your custom order is coming with. I will probably be paranoid now.I am done ordering custome DP's!!! I have done several I have almost had to take apart completely and redo. Their colors are all wrong. I just got one, which I worried about doing because it was a snow scene with a lot of white, which I figured they might use various shades, but NO! There is one tiny bag of white and everything else is blue, gray, all sorts of those colors and I mean darker shades, but almost no white. You cannot return them. I am going to buy some white drills on my own and try and create what the picture should look like. I just do not trust them with pictures YOU are familiar with and they are not, though this snow scene was obvious!

You guys do very well I’ve been ordering for couple years now faithfully at least once a month but lately my pictures been off n I have to change it around to get the picture the way it’s suppose to look just letting you be aware of this don’t know if it’s a new employee or whats going on thank you

I have ordered 3 of these in the past completed one (and have it displayed at my house and at our wedding) and then had to throw away the 2nd due to the picture itself not being how I wanted when working on it (it looked far over edited so when ordering try a natural photo not heavily edited). Working on the 3rd. But regarding this one, the plastic over the picture was widen to not just over the picture but over the whole canvas which helps, with not getting shirt or items stuck while working. The plastic is also quieter, prior to it was louder and harder to move without making a bunch of noise. Also the diamond dots themselves didn't come in a thousand tiny packets but 1-2 ziplock packets completely full, compared to the first 2 ordered. Overall, very impressed with the improvements, and would definitely say alot easier to use, the value of the product for what your paying is better. I would suggest ordering larger for better clarity of the photo.
