I was needing a new cutting mat so I thought I'd give this one a try since the price was so good on it and it was a thicker one than my old one. I'm glad I did, it's very good quality and the perfect size for my desk. The colors are very vibrant and the writing is the perfect size making it easy to read the measurements. I use it not just for cutting but also to measure things out before I cut. Very functional and the cutting surface is the perfect size for me.

The mat is really nice and it came by UPS, but it comes in a plastic bag so of course the bag was ripped so now I have big score on my mat and it was dirty little bit and a bit greasy in the corners.. I haven’t waited down with weights to get the wavy part flattened.. The mat does look like it’s really good quality and it wasn’t damaged enough to send back

It is as described - a cutting mat. It has useful markings. Note: mine came bent, but not folded so there was no damage or fold line. All I did was lift up my area rug, put the cutting mat bent side up underneath, put the rug back down, with a large cutting board on top. An overnight the mat is 100% flat.
