I bought this when i started to sell my home. It worked and we sold our home in less that a week with over asking selling price. Its made very well and we dug it up after our home sold. I would recommend this if you believe it will work or not. That is up to you but I believed and it did work for us.

Well I have used St Joseph before a long time ago. I’ve heard the stories. Listed a house in Florida and was up north sent St Joseph to my friend she wanted to go bury him I told her to wait I wanted to read what to do I just wanted him there when I arrived. Well he worked I decided not to procratinate and buried before I went out to run errands did just what the instructions said. Buried him and kid you not 4 hours later received a full price offer. Before we moved we unburied him and he sits at my mere house. I must find him a good spot. I’m s believer

Bought it, buried it as instructed, prayed several times a day for weeks, sold house for big profit, now sits on my kitchen window sill where I can see him and be thankful in my brand new home less than a year later! I believe!!

I was having such a hard time selling my home. My dentist actually recommended this product saying it worked for her friend. It was inexpensive and I was desperate so I figured why not. I followed the directions and the next open house I had there was a bid that actually stuck and house sold! My house and the house next door to me were both for sale. My husband planted the statue and one day later the house next to ours was under contract. I joked with him, saying he must have pointed the statue in the wrong direction. The very next day, we had an offer on our place ! I was very skeptical about doing this, but we NEEDED to get our place sold since we had already bought another one so I said the prayer and my husband did his part burying it. The house closed and the statue now has a special place on the windowsill above the sink !!!
