Super easy to lock--just insert pin and it clicks locked. Just as easy to unlock--simply insert the key and turn. This is the easiest hitch lock to operate I've every had. It's so easy, I threw away my other two locks (different brands). The plastic cap keeps the key insertion hole clean.

Comes with a keyhole cover to help keep grit out of lock. Muck longer than most trailer hitch pin locks so fits our Subaru Outback 2†hitch installed by Subaru.

The items arrived quick and I was almost happy to see the package, until I noticed that the locks were not keyed alike as advertised. The locks are nice quality and look durable enough to last for years. I would've given 5 stars, if not for the mistake

I've been using these locks for years on my Travel Trailer for my weight distribution hitch. The cover stays on and keeps the dust and water out of the lock. Easily handles a 10,000 lbs trailer.
