This Viola has a beautiful sound, great projection and power. I would change to non steel strings, like Evah's, or Vision orchestra. or soloiststrings. The look is Stunning , I would use this for Soloist Performance, and or Orchestra.

This viola is for my daughter. Since it says handmade, I assume the quality should be fine. But the pegs keep slipping. If you want to buy this viola, please remember to buy peg compound together. And when she played this viola, it kept rattling for some reason. It turned out to be the string tuner was useless. The good part of this viola is open sound. I’m still struggling to return or not.

Before I begin this review I am only a freshmen in high school so don't take this review to seriously. So I just got this instrument from upgrading from a 110$ viola (Im in string quartet so I needed a new viola) The sound of this viola is incredible with so much power. The case of this instrument is a great case as well with 4 bow holders, a nice bow and also rosin (I will post pictures). But the reason why this instrument got 4 stars is not because of the sound, only because of the looks. It is a beautiful instrument still but it doesn't look like the picture shown on the screen, The back was different for at least me and the front of it had some small indents in it to make it more unique and antique like. I do like the picture shown on the screen better but it still isn't that bad of a looking instrument. My other complaint is that there is only one fine toner which is on the A string. So if you are not a professional like I am, I would buy some fine toners with it. But other wise this is a amazing instrument differently for what I got it for it (it was on sale for 387$)
