Good way to start plants. Especially since you put the entire pot in the ground when danger of frost is gone. Very affordable.

Great buy, very good quality, and they even come with little flags to push into the soil so you can write on them the name of the plant you have planted. I'll keep buying these. Not too thick and not too thin.

These aren't peat, but compressed paper--basically paper cups without any waterproof coating. This one arrived with a little tiny pot to hold the plant labels.I've used these before for starting flowers. They do pretty good and can be put directly into the ground so I can avoid root disturbance. The plant roots will grow through the paper over time. One problem I did run into is if they stay wet/moist for too long, they end up with mold. The potting mix color also leaches out and they end up with brown blotches. Not reusable, but that's part of the allure of this. This one is recycled paper, so kind of already reused. Hopefully it didn't come from any questionable paper sources with known chemicals.I didn't count the pots, but it looks to be about 60.

The best way to buy these is in bulk. I start a new kitty grass at least once a month; sometimes I have two plants going at once. I'll have these pots on hand for quite some time and saves me from having to order them frequently. The bulk pricing is far better than the small count packages available at retailers.

biodegradable garden pots are as you would expect. we're growing impatiens in these and so far so good. i have no reason to believe they wont degrade well and that's the only function i haven't seen accomplished yet. if you like the price you should buy these.
