I went to two plumbing stores and Home Depot before finding these on Amazon. This kit is a perfect fit, very easy to install, and it came with everything that is needed. I would definitely recommend these for an easy and effective repair.

I purchased or received OEM cartridges from the manufacturer and they did not fit in the valve. I thought I'd give this a try by Danko. They went right in saved me a lot of time and headache of tearing out tile to replace the whole shower valve.

Perfect fit for my American Standard Colony 2 handled shower valves (separate hot and cold handles that turn 90 degrees).This comes with the cartridge, the green handle adapter, and the threaded brass collar. Same part from hardware store usually includes cartridge only for roughly the same price. The green handle adapter is an easy to break, hard to find piece that comes in handy - last time I replaced a cartridge I broke the adapter trying to get the handle off. Basically you get everything you need to replace a cartridge, including the stuff that "might" break or may be heavily corroded (like the brass collar). 100% will buy again if needed

Purchased 2 of these stems to replace the older ones in my 15 year old American Standard bathroom faucet. Removal of the original stem was a bit of a bear removing and cracked the cast seat nut in the attempt. Luckily the new package had a brass replacement. Following manufacturers instructions on replacing the stem everything went in well except the first stem was defective and leaked. Luckily I purchased 2 and used the other stem. Now everything is working well and no leaks. Test of time will tell it's durability.

fonctionne pas bien comme les originaux.ils font du bruit après quelques jours d'utilisation et j'en ai un qui avait une petite fuite d'eau par le hautAcheter les originaux...C'est beaucoup mieux !
