Everyone that has a side sprayer next to their kitchen faucet, knows how easily the sprayer hoses spring leaks. This replacement item is fantastic. Looks great easy cleaning fits right into where the old sprayer was. Flexibility is great simple quick, and replaced definitely affordable and easy to install.

Pro: Low cost 'universal' kit, good looking.Con: Odd 1/4" FPT (?) fitting that isn't really universal.NO gasket for the spray guide (needs a thin 2"OD x 1" ID gasket). There is no such thing as a universal 1/4" connectors.Do yourself a favor, disconnect your old hose from the faucetand inspect the connector then order a replacement unit withthe exact connector or have a few thread adapters and some teflon tape handy. The Story:The handle on my 30 years old Kohler faucet sprung a leak at the handle,Look like the hose-to-handle connection has cracked or something.Took a quick look under the sink after it'd dried out and the hose has a 1/4" connector.Fine.So I found this DANCO sprayer with 1/4" hose on Amazon and it waseven cheaper than the same one from the hardware store - and free shipping.Ordered it.I was already committed to replacing this thing on a Saturday night.A job that should have been: unscrew old hose off, pull out, insert new hose, screw on new hose and tighten, done.Wrestling with the wrench under the sink aside, well, that's when I found out that the 'universal replacement' doesn't really fit and it'sactually a root canal session. The existing faucet uses Appliance Hose connectors which are1/4 Compression fitting (CM/FCM) with 9/64 OD. nut andshort thread. The new sprayer has a hybrid fitting with 15mm OD. nut anda long-ish 1/4" FPT thread plus a 1/2 x 1/4 x 0.06 flat washerfor sealing. The main issue is that the new connector wouldn't spin up far enough to compress the washer and form a seal.If it had come with a 1/4 thick washer or shorter thread on the connector it might have worked right out of the box but it didn't.After rummaging around spare parts bin I and NOT finding a workable washer,I ended up making a 1/4 FIP to 1/4 MIP adapter B/Cit was midnight by then and that was what I had on hand.Fine, an adapter that costs 1/2 the price of the hose.THEN I found out that the new 15mm fitting won't fit through the oldspray guide on the sink. Additional un-planned work to swap it out. What? No gasket and I had to caulk it ???2AM.All good now.

Disliked. After several attempts to tighten the hose to the faucet and seal it without leaking and spraying water out under the sink, I unscrewed the nozzle from its hose and discarded the new hose. I attached the new spray nozzle to my old hose to get my new faucet working.

It didn't fit for the Moen faucet. Had to return. Do not recommend for Moen.

What I like is that all I had to do is use the nozzle and presto it worked. No hassle with Plumber or putting in the hose (that came with it) so for $25 my sink sprayer works! :)
