Very nicely made and great quality toddlers leather vest. Go this for my grandson so he could be like papa. He wears this all the time and looks adorable. Has buttons on front with 2 little pockets and one inside pocket. Very good craftsmanship as there is no flaws in material or threads.

The measurement they provide of 28 inches for chest on the XL size is a total circumference around the outside of the vest. I mistakenly thought it was measured from side to side across the front. They say to take off 4 inches to get a proper fit, so that means your child should not have greater than a total chest circumference all around of 24 inches. The vest itself is beautifully made and excellent quality. Made in Pakistan. It does come with a designer label and new tag which shows a nearly naked woman sitting on a chopper motorcycle. Seems inappropriate labeling for a child's garment, although it would obviously appeal to adult males.
