This Danish whisk is awesome! I use it for bread making it gives you strength with that wooden handle making it easier to knead your dough. It's an awesome tool for emulsifying as well, such as dressings and mayonnaise things of that sort. It's well made. It has not rusted. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

This has been an amazing little find - I used to just mix my dough with my hands which was fine, but this brought my sourdough journey to the next level haha! So easy to use and to clean and it mixes the dough SO well! It’s sturdiness and good quality impressed me for how affordable it is.

I absolutely love, love this dough hook. I had to purchase another one while I was visiting family. I have arthritis and carpal tunnel and this doesn’t hurt my hands to grip and mix my dough or batters. Works so much better than a whisk! I thought the cost was very reasonable for the quality of the item. I may buy more and include them in Christmas baking gift baskets.
