took a chance & bought a used filter. Was missing o-ring seals & filter but I made my own. Didn't have time to return it since the pond needed a fiter immediately.

They have a hole installed that leaks. Will return asap

Only thing wrong is that it needs finer filter. Only comes with course filter and bio balls

To be honest I've been looking for great filters my entire life I started with the jebao filter which was horrible every year I had to replace it and I hated it I bought 2700 gallon one for my pond and it was amazing so I took a shot at buying this one anybody that buys this product will definitely not be disappointed this company is really the pros In making filters you get what you pay for and it's worth every single Cent
