Featuring an added layer of cushioning in the midsole and a dampening heel cup, we used a polyurethane footbed to ensure that comfort won't break down over time. The breathable, moisture-wicking mesh liner keeps you cool in hot climates and the Tanicus traction outsole's pentagonal lug pattern gives you stability in diverse terrain. Focus on the mission–your feet are covered. We recommend women select 1.5 to 2 full sizes down for correct fit.

Virtually identical to my previous Danner boots. Super comfortable. BUT,... not constructed as robust as my first pair. Sizing seems slightly tighter. Used an old trick learned in basic training for new boots. Soaked them completely then wore them until dry. Now they fit like a glove with no further issues. Great boot for what I'll use them for.

I returned them, they were cheaply made not up to the standards we have always found in Danner boots. Also hard to lace up, eyelets too small to easily pass shoestring through. Flimsy boot.

I love the way these look, I think they seem very durable and well-made, I like the lace garage, and I like how lightweight they are. However, they are extremely stiff and run small. Breaking them in takes a while, especially the leather around the inside of the ankle—that area is very stiff and rubs a lot. I’ve been wearing them for about a week now and they are starting to loosen up and feel more comfortable so I think giving it another week or so and they’ll be great. I think they’re sweet but just know it’ll take a while to break in and that you should get a half size bigger.

Great boots, but very narrow. I am 10 for service boots, but wear 10.5. I got Danner 10.5 and they are narrow.

Had an FTX coming up and the forecast was heavy rain and wind. Didn’t want to wear the 30th AG specials and my daily boots arent waterproof. These arrived a week before the FTX. Wore them a few times before and they took a bit to break in. Kept my feet comfortable and dry throughout the monsoon of a field week we had in the PNW. Great boots, comfortable now that they’re broken in. Wish they were the US made like the Marine Corps Danners, but 4 stars because imported and stiff out the box.

These are great boots, but they come from the US so expect a long wait. My other bit of advice is size up! I am usually an 8.5 - 9 UK. I ended up with a UK 10 in this boot, which isn't roomy. I hope that helps!
