Yall. I’m so excited. I have a washing machine/dryer combo in my kitchen. Well some genius created the dryer to dry with steam. I guess they didn’t graduate 6th grade science class because steam is moist. Anywho- my laundry 🧺 has to hang to actually get dry. I ran this line from one end of room to other and hang laundry to finish drying then release the line and nobody realizes the tiny box on wall is an indoor laundry line! Haha!!! LOVE â¤ï¸!!!!!

I have a few items that can not be dried in the dryer. I was just leaving them out but then the tops of washer and dryer were full. I mounted this above them so i could clip cloths to it. It extends and retracts very easily. I am not hanging anything to heavy though you are able to tighten the string enough to keep most items hanging out of my way. A great temporary cloths line for when you need it.

I received this product through Amazon Vine.I'm tired of having a second shower pole hanging in my bathroom for drying clothes. This little retractable closeline is perfect for me. It doesn't take up unnecessary room or get in the way since it's so space saving with it being retractable and it has a nice neat look aswell. It's only used for occasional handwashable items that aren't all that weighted, Iwouldn't want to chance heavy items like a wettowels. Which would require a different close line set up. This is perfect for me and mybathroom, easily installed and such a spacesaver when not in use.I'm happy to have it.

I was looking for something to hang bras and tops that can’t go in the dryer. This is a get option. I put it in our laundry room and can now easily hang things while doing laundry. I wouldn’t hand heavy bed sheets or blankets on it. It was easy to install and I love that it can be “put away†when not in use. Would recommend.

All printing in Japanese -on manual and on the packaging. Installer will have to translate??? Thumbs down on this item.

This is so nifty and just what we were looking for. The install is very easy and quick, does require screwing into the wall so heads up. But once on, it’s so easy to use and has a very sturdy and robust cable. And easily retracts once done using, we’re very happy with this. Love it and definitely recommend.

Title says it all all the included hardware makes this easy to use. Mount draw the and and lock it place for a sturdy line to hand small articles to big blankets. Just find a good place to mount use that easy.

Solid cloths line, easy to set up, quite self explanatory. The instructions are detailed to the point of confusion (if that makes sense), so I just set it up intuitively and ignored the instructions The line is a cable coated in plastic (Solid) and the ratchet mechanism seems decently solid (although I would hang too much weight on it). That said, I didn't hang large heavy things on it. I have used this to span a length of ~10 ft indoors. The wife uses a rack for her delicates, now this can be used instead. Saves space for sure.Very useful item.

This clothesline was a great way to organize my hanging laundry without having things strewed about everywhere around the house.Installation was easy, and it functions better than expected. I installed it directly over my washer/dryer, and when I don’t need it, I can retract it out of sight. When retracting it has a “calm†retraction rate, so I don’t have to worry about it zipping by and hitting me causing injury. It’s very easy to use, pull it out, lock it, hook it to the other side, and tighten it up.I never dry any of my shirts because I don’t want them to shrink and I find it keeps the fabric softer for longer. I can easily fit 40 shirts on this clothesline, and I’ve also hung our thick winter blanket without issue!

The device comes with a wall hook and the required screws & anchors to install in a variety of materials.The retractable steel line is under spring tension, so it will auto-retract when released. There is a lock switch to prevent the line from auto-retracting as well as to prevent it from extending further. The central knob can be turned while the lock has been engaged to apply tension or manually retract as needed.It has an aluminum body exterior with an aluminum mounting plate. It measures approx. 8cm x 8cm x 4.8cm, so fairly compact.Although the exterior body is metal, the internal/backing is plastic, so durability may be an issue when a lot of weight is applied.The steel line has been coated to prevent any snagging. It is 1.2mm thick and 172†long.Overall, this provides you an easy way to air dry your clothes either inside or out.At the time of this review, the clothesline was priced at $33.99 with an available 5% off coupon.

This clothesline is premium quality. The line itself is metal. The 2 components that attach to the wall are metal and plastic. All the hardware is provided to install the clothesline. The mechanism to wind and lock the line works really well and feels like it will support the weight it advertises. So far I haven't come close to the maximum weight of 44 lbs. The line is really long at over 13 feet. This was more than enough for my installation in my laundry room. I'm so pleased with this clothesline. It is great that it can be retracted when not in use. This is exactly what we needed.

This Retractable Clothesline is a compact and convenient solution for indoor and outdoor drying. The stainless steel design feels sturdy and installation was fairly simple with the included hardware. The retracting mechanism works smoothly and the line doesn’t sag under moderate weight. This makes it great for drying lightweight to medium weight clothes. I like the space saving design. When not in use it retracts neatly perfect for small spaces. The line extends well and holds up without major slack. However, heavier items like wet jeans or towels can cause slight drooping. Also, the locking mechanism isn’t the strongest and the line retracts slightly if not secured properly. Overall, it’s a practical and stylish retractable clothesline for everyday drying needs, best suited for light to medium loads indoors.
