We have several pairs of Darn Tough socks in our household. They are a little thicker than what you'd find at Target, and seem to last longer than SmartWool socks.I've had good luck with consistent sizing in women's sizes, but boy oh boy was the sizing off on these kids Jr Snow L (3-6) cow socks! The polar bear size L Jr Snow socks fit my daughter's size 3 feet well, while the cow size L socks are 1.5" longer in the foot. Yowzers size variation! I bought size M cow socks and they are only perhaps half an inch smaller in the foot than the bear size L.
