Revising my review because I was not impressed when I first received these, but after wearing them many, many times, I’m a Darn Tough convert. I love these socks and have bought 3 more pair for myself and two pair for my husband.

Beware: the size chart in the pictures is for women’s hiking socks. These socks are junior sized, not women’s. I know it says juniors in the description, but decided to order based on the previous reviewer. Unfortunately, a junior medium is nothing close to a women’s size 8. The socks themselves are nice quality and the colors appear as they do online. Thankfully, returning the product was easy. I have even ordered them again in a size large for my 8yo son, hopefully they fit him, though after seeing the medium, I’m not so sure.

Any time I can by discoubted Darn Tough, I do! These socks aren't just great for hiking, but for any day. They're cute, comfortable, long-wearing, snd last forever....and if they don't, there's the best guarantee! I wear a size 9 shoe on womens and these fit me just right! So stylish and they match everything. ðŸ˜ðŸ‘

These are better quality than smart wools in my opinion - they wash better and the best part is that a juniors fits a women sizing (I am a size 9 for reference).
