Love this calm new style of darn tough socks. Sometimes you just don't want a loud flower/animal/stripe sock to wear. These are same good quality, have a wool sensation and look great. I also like that these are not cushioned, making them thinner all around, which is a better fit for my shoes. I went back for more!

I like Merino Wool products and these socks are thin, warm and fit well. My only problem is they are tight around my calf and since my legs swell this tightness causes increased swelling and circulation issues for me.However, they are great socks and I definitely recommend them.

I have several Woolrich socks that are 66% merino wool but that particular "heritage" sock is discontinued.For me, the 66% wool content is perfect. Warmth, but no perspiration which leaves my feet cold. A sock might say they are wicking but they're not wicking enough for me. I search out socks that are only 66% wool and the remainder a polyester.

I pretty much only wear Darn Tough socks now. They don’t have as many pretty styles and colours like they used to have but for basics they are wonderful.
