I like the quality of the puller, the fact that the jaws are spring loaded which makes it easy to position on to the wiper shaft. I've read some people's comments that it didn't fit, I can't imagine because it's slim enough and the jaws have a great reach, I think some users may have not adjusted it correctly before saying it wouldn't work. Take the time to position it properly on the shaft, the large "knurled cone" adjusts separately from the the center screw. I've already used it on to cars, it worked great.

Not sure why this has such a good review score, the item started bending just from turning it by hand, to the point where I needed to use vice grips to grip the center shaft and continue using it. A couple bloody knuckles and a broken tool later, I'm left to try my luck and buy a different one. Save your money, this one is fragile junk and will just break on you before it what its supposed to.

I had previously mended my wiper with weld bond and this removed it without any issue.

I bought this to remove wiper arms which it does very well. Very adjustable to setup and remove arms in almost any situation.

In my case, it did not work at all, since the cup (for the tool) the screw (from the car) goes into was way too deep, and so the cup was contacting the wiper housing before the tool even had pressure on the screw. Difficult to explain, but essentially no amount of tightening would have worked, I was just crushing the wiper housing. To make this work I'd have to add a bearing INSIDE to tool, so that contact with the screw happens earlier.
