I needed an evening bag for a work awards ceremony wearing a black cocktail dress. The purple added the right amount of pop of color for my night. I had to pack it in a suitcase to travel and was worried it would get smooshed but I kept the cardboard insert in it while packing and it was in perfect condition when I landed. I carried it around and it held my phone, wallet, lip stain and old lady cheater glasses. It was a hit. The CEO even came over to comment on how adorable my bag was and thought it was high end and asked where I got it. She was FLOORED when I said Amazon and told her the price.

I gave one star. The purse is very nice. I used the purse one time (a wedding) it came unattached at the wedding. I would not purchase this purse cheaply made. I would have returned it, but it’s past the return date. Do Not Waste your Money!!!!

Out of desperation and short on time I reluctantly purchased this little dressy formal handbag to go with a VERY formal navy blue dress I wore to a wedding as grandmother of the bride. It is sooooo hard and stiff, difficult to snap close, and glitter tends to fall off just enough that it's annoying. When I packed it in my suitcase I made sure to stuff it good with plenty of tissue paper to prevent it from being crushed & dented. I also placed it into a 1/2 gallon size zip lock bag so any glitter that might fall off didn't get on my other clothes. It definitely cannot be used as a clutch bag bc of the glitter. It does come with a chain type handle so you can carry on your shoulder. I did use that. However, the chain shoulder strap is ugly. It is dull and looks like galvanized aluminum. It would have been much nicer if it was a shiny stainless steel material. I will NEVER use it again. I still have the dress for another special occasion but will be keeping my eyes peeled for a nicer bag. I don't recommend this item.
