I purchased this griddle long time ago and have been using it mainly for pancakes, and I’m really happy with it so far! The cooking surface is large enough to handle a good batch of pancakes at once, which is perfect for my family. While I did notice that the heat distribution can be a little uneven, with the edges getting hotter than the center, I’ve learned to adjust the heat and spread out the food more evenly. This way, everything cooks perfectly.One of the standout features for me is how easy it is to clean. After it cools down, I wipe the surface with a damp cloth and any residue comes right off. It does have some open areas along the edges where food can drip, but I haven’t had any major issues with that—just a quick wipe with a wet cloth, and it’s good to go.The design is sleek, and I love how it fits right into my kitchen setup. While I’ve mostly used it for pancakes, I’m excited to try other things like grilled cheese and quesadillas. The versatility and ease of cleaning make this griddle a great addition to my kitchen, and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking to cook small to medium-sized portions with minimal fuss.

I love my Dash griddle!! My primary usage of it is making pancakes, hence the headline, and I think it makes some amazing pancakes! I’ve used the griddle several times at this point and it hasn’t disappointed me. The surface is large, but to keep it simple, I just spread out whatever I’m cooking instead of loading it up. That makes it easier to cook things evenly anyway. Cleaning isn’t bad, though I’m used to putting griddles sideways and going to town with a sponge while avoiding the socket. But to properly clean, you just take a damp, non-abrasive sponge/rag/cloth with a little dish soap to the cooking surface area when it’s cooled down and unplugged. Then use a damp, non-abrasive sponge/rag/cloth to wipe off the soap. Spot clean the exterior so you won’t get water in all the wrong crevices....and there are plenty of them, which is why I emphasize surface cleaning the cooking plate and spot cleaning the outside. I did the whole put it in the sink and wash it thing and it was a pain wiping off the water from where it isn’t supposed to be. The bottom has an “open architectureâ€, so it’s easy for water to travel into the socket despite avoiding it while in the sink. Anyways, I like the griddle. I’d honestly recommend it to someone making small/single-sized portions because it’s quick and easy, but I mean, I recommend it in general as well. It’s pretty nice with a large enough surface and it’s been easy to maintain. I bought the red one and it fits right into my little kitchen.

I ordered this to use in the camper on camping trips or vacations. It heats evenly and has been perfect for its intended use. I can make breakfast of all kinds super quick and easy. I can also grill hamburgers or quesadillas on it. It is also easy to clean. Plus, i love the turquoise color!

This griddle looks nice, is well-built and sturdy, and the cooking surface is large and is nice for cooking pancakes which is the only thing I use it for. You have to move the pancakes around or they will be brown on one half and not the other. I can't see cooking bacon or anything else on it because it does cooks so unevenly. So far the nonstick surface is holding up and is very slick and easy to clean. I don't think any of these griddles with that one loop of a cooking element underneath cook evenly, it's just the nature of the beast. The pictures of eggs and bacon and pancakes cooking all at once makes a nice picture but...

In 2 words - LOVE IT. I have never had an electric griddle before. So glad I chose this company. I did a lot of research on Amazon and read lots of reviews of very different griddles. Not only is the color so pretty - but it works really well too. I am finally able to cook many pancakes instead of doing it one at a time. Same with fried eggs. When you want to eat at the same time as a family - having these things prepared and ready to eat at the same time is so nice. You can sit down and eat with everyone all together & not have to be in the kitchen still working on the meal.You can actually cook 2 eggs, 2 pancakes & some link sausage all at the same time. Wow. I wish I had had this product years ago. But am so pleased to have it now. By the way - I've been making pineapple pancakes for my husband and he is crazy about them.So far I only use it for breakfast. But I know I'll be using it to cook hamburgers and steak and maybe some thin sliced chicken and fish. It makes cooking fun again. Treat yourself to this machine. I also got an air fryer at the same time (from the same company) and the same color. Yahoo! I feel like my kitchen has been remodeled. ha ha

I got this a little over a month ago and I use it all the time. It's made my life so easy. I love it. It's so much better than my previous griddle. It is a pain to clean between the gaps but it's not a huge deal if you're careful not to drop any food or batter into it.

The heat distribution is only 3 stars, needs improvement, I wouldn't buy the brand again, had a different brand that lasted 12 years and had much better heat distribution.
