I got this to hook up my dash cam and not have wires running all over the dashboard and windshield, and I tell you, this is a game changer. Perfectly fit my Toyota and very easy to install. Works exactly as expected, is small enough to fit inside the windshield housing, and delivers power on demand!

Cable adapter makes easy to install dash cam. I bought adapter which didn’t work . I contacted with seller customer service, and they solved issue. They told me I bought wrong type of adapter and they sent me the correct one which fits and works with my car. They sent immediately and I received on time. During the process support was contacted with and informing about every step, Which I like the most. They are responsible and giving best customer care .Thank you great service.

Easy install, remove the cable on the back of the mirror and then plug and play. Comes with multiple different style charger cable. An easy yea if you’re wondering wether or not to buy this.

It’s funny how they show in one of the pictures a big red X over one of the setups cause that’s exactly how this setup I have has to go. I have a 2016 Tacoma and this adapter plugs in the rear of the mirror and stays exposed. I had to zip tie the block onto the mirror extension . From the view of sitting in the seat, you can’t tell but from the sides it’s very easy to see the bundle of plugs. The reason I say it’s not suitable for all dash cams is that mine has its gps antenna built into the cigarette lighter adapter. Now that I don’t have that connected, I loose speed logging. But still it was a nice feeling pulling the wires out that I had going from the top to the bottom!

The adapter works as expected. Unplug one harness from back of mirror and add the splice. Easy plug and play. Worked with my camera. I liked that it came with three short pigtails: type-c to c, mini and micro usb. Only draw back is that of you have a gps in line for the camera, this won’t have it.

This made wiring up my dash cam very easy. It took about 5 minutes. Excellent product and worth the money. Even comes with whatever cable you might need to power the camera. Everything is nicely hidden out of view in front of the mirror with a perfect view of the road ahead.

This work well with a 2023 Toyota Tacoma. Make sure to contact customer service and know what pin type you have on your vehicle before purchasing. It’s a bit confusing because some items will state it supports your vehicle when it’s not. Customer service is your best bet.
