They aren't stale. They are nice and salty and are definitely jumbo. They don't have a weird smell, they smell like David's sunflower seeds. They were much cheaper than going to the store.

You can't go wrong purchasing these original sunflower seeds! They bring me back to childhood and are just the way I remember them. My local Walmart didn’t have them so I got them here on Amazon. The expiration date is almost identical to the ones I got from Walmart a few days before I ordered these. Tastes fresh and delivered a day early. Thanks Amazon
