It works great, my truck looks much better with the front end raised. I used this for my Toyota Tacoma

I installed these to level out a faded suspension with a front grille guard installed, and to prevent rubbing on larger tires. Here's my application:2000 Toyota Tacoma Ext Cab SR5 (5-lug)235/75R15 on 15x8'sWestin Sportsman Grille GuardFabtech FTS-7078 ShocksEnergy Suspension Sway Bar KitWith the above setup, the coil spacers added approx 0.5 - 0.75 in of lift, but it was enough to level out the front, stiffen everything up, and prevent the tires from rubbing. I also used a razor knife to cut and modify the existing OEM coil spring insulators to be reused along with the coil spring spacers in this kit. This should, in theory, add a little but more lift but its probably not much. I also found that the shock absorber poly bushings provided were a much better fit than the oversized rubber ones provided with the Fabtech shocks. Kudos... for that one Daystar!

Thanks to the other reviews I already knew that it was only a 0.75 lift. As you can see in the pics the whole spacer is 1.5 inch but 0.75 inch "disappear" in the spring.4 stars because unclear advertising (even if it's technically correct) but still a good product and a cheap way to lift a 5 lug in the front. Even if it's just a little ;)

Not as easy to install as the instructions, the shop that installed it took about two hours not including the required wheel allignment.

Product is of good Quality. This replaces the factory rubber shim which is 1 inch. This new urethane item is 1.5 inches thick so you get 1/2 inch net add, maybe a bit more as it does not crush like the OEM. You will need a good coil spring compressor to get this in the coil mount, and a good floor jack. Was it worth it, yes! the extra space was needed and worked as desired. Truck is now level.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but honestly it makes no difference. There’s nothing wrong with the product but it will only give you a 1/4in lift. The reason is the Tacoma 01 already comes with a small rubber spacer witch in the proses gets removed and replaced with this bigger spacer and once it compresses you only get about 1/4 inch lift. Sorry I just don’t want anyone else to waste there time like I did. I could have installed it wrong but as far as I know this was the only way to install it safely.

Item is being marketed as 1.5" but in reality is a 0.5" lift. I can see why it's not actually a 1.5" block cause the spring can unseat and become a hazard. Just market it as a 0.5" lift. Overall it looks a bit more leveled. It's a pain to do it yourself but I wouldn't pay someone to do it, not worth it. Took me about 3-4hrs total. Remove shock, disconnect the upper control arm, disconnect sway bar link, compress spring, finesse spring back in with spacer and then put back together. First pic is stock and second is with spacer.
