Bought this fan to repair a drying conveyor that had two bad fans and the part was super expensive so I searched online and found this. This fan was 1/10 the price of dealer and worked perfectly.

I bought my fan from FRCA through Amazon. I installed it to cool an aerator pump inside a pump housing in my back yard. The manufacturer of the pump product recommended this particular fan in the housing to cool the pump. In about 7 months, the fan was operating intermittantly, sometimes spinning and sometimes completely stopped. The pump was overheating due to this fan's failure. Given that the fan was installed to cool a $600 pump, it was critical that the fan operate. Needless to say, this fan let me down. I've had good luck with Dayton fans in the past and have wondered if the fan that I bought wasn't a cheap Chinese knock-off impersonating a Dayton fan. That would then become a FRCA issue vs. a Dayton issue. I don't know. I can only tell you that my Dayton fan of this type failed within months of installation.
