This is not a complete part, missing geared drive component. I have been repairing mowers for thirty years and this is the first bend ix I have ever ordered that came incomplete.

The bendix hand the correct number of teeth but the screw drive threads inside were smaller then the ones on my starter.

Inside portion had the wrong threads, and had to put washers at bottom to make it work. But with some modifications I did make it work.

The description of this bendix said it would fit the Massey Ferguson 14 HP garden tractor - not so. The bendix would not slide onto the starter drive shaft. If you need a starter bendix for a Krohler 14 hp engine, this one is not your answer.
