My son has wide, big feet for his age. He doesn't know how to tie his shoes yet, so we needed something with velcro BUT it's soo hard finding something in big kid sizes, has velcro, fits his feet and also comes in all black for school. He loves these shoes and so do I! Definitely worth the money

For a skate shoe I really expected more durability. My son has torn these apart within 2 months of having them. The toes of the shoes have separated from the rest of the shoe! My son doesn't play rough. Not anything this shoe shouldn't have been able to handle for at least 6 months! True to size and comfortable. Just not durable.
