Okay, these are cool as heck. My car comes stock with bare pipes even on higher trims, for some reason and these tips fixed that, improving the rear look drastically. Definitely bigger than I thought, yet not as big as a rice can, which is good! They also protrude quite a bit on my 2013 Impala, but it is exactly the look I was going for. If you want them deeper, it is possible to push them further in, although that might require cutting stuff depending on your car. I recently put a pair of Flowmaster mufflers on my car and these tips compliment the new throaty rumble, giving it a very muscular look that goes with it.Installing these took less than 10 minutes, although I recommend spending a few minutes properly aligning and securing the bolts.NOTE: These WILL NOT alter your sound. They are only a cosmetic part. This is common logic, but just in case you expect to get a nice sound out of these, this is not the right part. I tried them on when my exhaust was stock and as expected, there is no difference. Only a very slight "windy" echo if you put your ear literally next to the exhaust.

I had to buy 2 for an 08 Honda Pilot. These tips are nice, and seem sturdy. The exhaust pipes on the 08 Pilot are pretty close together, so getting both tips on involved only being able to tighten 2 out of 3 bolts on each one (I noticed from other reviews, for other reasons some people had to do the same thing). I also had to align them so that each one was on straight. Because both pipes are so close, it causes the end of one pipe to hit the inside of the chrome tip. Now, the exhaust pipe is not obstructed. But, I was not able to slide them both all the back to the muffler. One can go all the way back, and one can’t. So, I pulled them out a bit, evened them up, and tightened the bolts. They are on pretty snug, and (as you can see in my pictures, they don’t stick out at all past the bumper. I will keep an eye on the bolts, but I tightened them pretty good. I did not notice a difference in sound, but, I wasn’t really going for that. I was just trying to spruce up the looks of an older vehicle. I don’t even think my pictures do them justice. I love the look, and would recommend them to someone trying to “pretty†up their vehicle.

Adds a nice rumble when my car is in idle but mainly adds a very good aesthetic appeal to my car. For reference, I drive a silver 2008 Toyota Corolla and so far for the $25 purchase it has been well worth it. However, the reason I left 4/5 stars is because it actually ended up falling off my exhaust at one point (luckily in the driveway) but since re tightening it I have had no other issues.

Bought this for my 1998 Mazda B3000 Pickup truck with cat back Flowmaster super 40. I wanted to buy this before I bought a weld on tip to see if it actually made a difference in sound. I was pleasantly surprised when it made the tone a deeper sound, not a whole lot, just enough to make it sound proper if that makes sense. When it comes to Vehicles of all walks of life, your exhaust is a key part of your vehicles personality, this product helps take the annoying sounds of your after market exhaust and make it sound alot more proper. Long story short, Bolts on Easy, Makes a small difference in sound to your exhaust but enough to make a difference. If you can hide the 10mm bolts that clamp it on it would look really clean. I'd suggest you buy a weld on tip if your going hard core so you can get the most out of your exhausts tips potential for sound. But, if your dont know how to weld, dont have the money to take it to get welded, or simply just want an easy car modification to improve your exhaust sound this is the product for you. And one last thing, Make sure your realize the dimensions of this tip, you dont want a bolt on tip that the same diameter of your exhausts or else it wont slip over. Triple check before you buy. I'm speaking from experience.

Unless I was willing to cut some length off my pipe, I had to jerry rig this to make it work on my SR5. The end of the SR5 is 2 3/4" wide and although you can slip on this extension over it, you can only do so with only one of the washers on the inside. I literally installed this with a one bolt and washer. I just bought a stainless steel (so it wouldn't rust) nut of the same diameter, but the shortest I could buy (so it did not stick out obnoxiously), put it on the least visible side of the extension, and then used some Loctite Blue. Have had it on through the car wash and stayed on just fine. ALSO, I wanted the black version, but if you look at pictures the black comes off quickly. Even on this one, there are pictures of it rusting. Therefore, I sprayed some Rustoleum clear enamel on it to protect it. I think it is going to last a long time for me. I may periodically recoat it.

I bought the Dc Sports resonated clamp on exhaust model #EX-1013.It went on my existing exhaust with no problems. It came with all the hardware as described. Attached it using a ratchet socket. I've had it on for at least 2 months now and it hasnt come loose, still firmly attached. I have a 2004 PT Cruiser (stick shift) and it added a nice low noticeable rumble. And it does look rather very nice

Let me start by saying this is a decent product and for the price it is great. I was attempting to put it on a 2011 Nissan Versa. No problems during installation. After installation the outer pipe was indeed touching my lower bumper fascia. If the pipe touches the bumper than there is a good chance the heat will melt the bumper. I didn't leave the tip on for an extended period of time to test if it will melt or not. I did drive down the street with the tip on to notice the sound difference. Sadly I was not able to hear the difference while within the driver's seat with the windows down but my car only has 120hp. If your car is stronger than you should be able to hear the difference. While standing outside the car and close to the bumper I was able to hear a nicer sound coming from the exhaust. So yes this exhaust tip does make your exhaust sound much better than your stock muffler.

Good looking, well built, easy to install. Should be easy to take off for the winter. Great sound when you put your foot into it on my wife's little Turbo Juke.
