Very nice long scissors. I purchased these to use in building terrariums and for trimming and maintaining the plants through a small necked container. They work very well and seem to be of excellent quality.

These are a little heavier than I expected. I just needed tiny, but long-handled scissors to trim delicate aquarium plants. They are actual surgical scissors tough enough to cut small bones, but they do the trick. They are not fragile and will last forever.

These scissors have some heft to them. Excellent stainless steel and they are very sharp. I am using them to trim bromeliad buds!!

Product is very low quality. Not safe to use as actual METZENBAUM scissors. Rough edges and burrs. Does not move smoothly at all. Lots of catching in its articulation. Scissor blades themselves to not match up well. Edge of scissor blade is very dull. Overly heavy and bulky to make up for the low quality of metal. Finger loops have unfinished edges that may cause laceration.Not suitable to use for any medical use.Not safe for any use, may cause injury to the user.

I am a surgeon, so my standards for surgical scissors like this is very high. Good OR scissors might cost $200. These are cheap scissors modeled after the real thing, but at 1/10th the cost, they fall far short. The action is stiff, so you get almost no feel, control or precision with these. The blades, while sharp, are plane stainless steel, vs. carbide inserts on the real thing, so durability is doubtful.I will keep them around for a while at home, where I had intended to use them, but ultimately they are so clumsy that I'll probably just throw them away at some point.

Great long beefy scissors that are of great value. I have an aquarium with a tall viewing panel. These long scissors allow me to get to the bottom of the aquarium without soaking my entire arm in the tank. They do the job very well.

I use them to deadhead flowers so I don’t have to bend over as far. They catch a little when I snip

Heavyweight solid stainless steel. 10/10 for quality, 10/10 for price, 8/10 for packaging. Definitely recommended.
