Thawing and heating breast milk
Use a milk warmer or normal temperature to defrost. After thawing, use warm water or a milk warmer to heat to about 40℃ (104℉).

They are very good quality and the perfect size for storing milk and taking it to my twins in the NICU. The nurses love these bags and so do I.!! they are also an amazing price and I have no problems with leaking and they’re very easy to open! They also freeze pretty flat!!!

These are awesome. I wouldn’t agree that they hold 8oz. I only ever freeze 4 bc a time and it seemed like they got a little full. The pour spout is great though! Bags are thick, they don’t leak. Great price for 120!

For the 3oz bag, I stored only 2 oz, this do not freeze flat, takes up a lot of space.

I really liked these bags just purchased my second set. If you produce more than 4oz at a time these may be small for you. But, I like the size, they freeze well, and no major issues with leaks.
