Matte Black decals on Ruby Red paintVery happy with the matte look instead of glossy. Gives a deep look rather than creating some glare with the glossy decals. Just a preference, but I like it.I stuck a towel under the edge of the tailgate so I didn't have to clean up Windex stains on the bumper after I was done.Install was easier than the video made it look. Cleaned paint with Mr. Pink carwash. Then use Windex to wipe the indented letters some more. Get the decal letter ready by starting to peel the corner and hold the decal while still stuck to the backing. With your other hand, spray a half squirt or two on the paint for the letter, then peel the letter off completely and begin to slide it into place. Don't expect to lay it down exactly where it goes at first. You can slide it around on the Windex to get centered. Then gently hold one end with a finger while sliding another across to gently press out some of the Windex. You can go over with a terry cloth to remove more Windex, but be GENTLE so the letter won't stick to the cloth and pull off. If it does, start that letter over again.Once the first letter or two is done, the rest go quickly.I also got the front letters and am equally satisfied.

Dear Eric,Thanks for your email and we're sorry to hear there was an issue with the decals you received. Occasionally a customer will have issues with the backing paper releasing from the decal insert. To help with this using a pin can help release the backing paper. Please let us know if you'd like us to send a replacement set.If the decals are simply no longer wanted/needed, we have submitted a return authorization. Thanks for your patience with this matter, please let us know,Regards,Stepahanie BezosMammothModz Client CareThanks for the email and the advice. I used a razor blade and the Windex advice was a great help. Maybe put that in the description. I put them on and they look great, should I use a clear coat on the so they don't get chipped off??? I will not return them I am extremely happy once you gave me advice on how to do it. I will post it on amazon as well for you.

These fit perfect on my 2019 F250 Lariat. They were easy to apply. Just spray down the inlay with Windex, peel the sticker off, and apply to truck. The Windex allows the sticker to slide around so you can get it in the perfect position, the more Windex the better. Let the sticker dry overnight and you're good to go.

If you are not absolutely certain that you could get it perfect the first time don’t bother they are just a very thin sticker that flutters with the slightest bit of wind and pulling on them just causes stretching, for me a waste of money

Excellent product but you have to be careful with the application of the decals. I did some research and my results worked out excellent. I used the wet method. Do not recommend the dry method. What your need: 1 pin, rubbing alcohol, windex and paper towels. First, make sure the surface is very clean than wipe with the alcohol. Cut each letter off the sheet as needed. Spray the metal with windex. Then lightly spray the decal with letter facing up with windex than use the the pin to peel off the letter. Spray some more windex on the decal and than make sure the metal is wet with windex. Apply the letter and move it till it is correctly positioned. Use fingers to squeeze out excess windex then blot dry with paper towel and move on to the next letter. Make sure you have a clean work area and no distractions. If the letters stat to curl when pulled off the backing, spray with more windex. Hope this helps, was very happy with the results and the decals are firmly attached like OEM.

If you don't have time and patience, don't buy. You have to peel each letter off separately and line them up. I was under the assumption that you peeled the backing off, placed letters on then peeled off front film. Not the case. So, all in all, very good.

The only thing they forget to tell you, is when applying to spray your truck with Windex in case you have to move the letters a little bit
