I purchased several hasp locks before finding one that is strong enough. This is for a liquor cabinet that I don’t want accessed. The lock is from the cable lock that comes with car covers. I’d like to get a thicker lock, but for now it’s ok. It’s served it’s purpose. So back to the hasp lock. Easy to install. Sturdy and strong. Well made. Not a joke of a latch and not gaudy either. I recommend depending on your needs.

This lock was my second choice; I wanted a slide bolt that would stop two doors from moving separately on their hinges. However, this one matched the antique-style hinges on the shed doors much better. I'll McGyver something on the rear of the doors to keep them from flexing. As long as it doesn't rust with use, I'll be very happy with it.

Nice Hasp. Worked for what I needed. The screws are a very easy to strip. Take your time installing. Emailed them for another screw and they quickly sent me one more. Great customer service. Would definitely use them again.

I used this on a small chest I made along with other hardware from this company, great quality hardware but the screws for this latch WERE TERRIBLE shallow thin flat head screw’s practically fell apart when I was installing it. I used Phillips heads I had painted black. Going cheap on screws with such great hardware was a disappointment. Do better guys
