These are actually like little toys. They move side to side and they were great on top of the birthday cake. Came with little plastic bottom to keep them clean

They do the “flossing†danceSo adorable. We put them on top of the sharing cake for my son’s second birthday. Definitely not a good toy for under 3 but it’s perfect cake toppers

Absolutely perfect for what we needed them for, the rings themselves are exactly as described and look perfect. Very happy with the look and quality of the item. However, we only received 41 rings in our order instead of 72. Luckily for us we only needed 40 for this batch of cupcakes. Star deducted for missing pieces, otherwise fully recommend.
