- Upholstery nails are small and sharp items. It's important to keep them away from small children.
- Always use safety glasses while working with them.
- Please don't use any chemical to clean nailheads, just use dry peace of cloth
- You will need proper tools like needle nose pliers and tack hammers to install them. Please don't use your fingers to hold them while hammering. They have dome head and without pliers it's very hard to adjust hitting angle and this may cause jumping (may be harmful) and usually bending.
- With proper tools they will never get bent even on very hard woods.

These are great quality tacks. They are sturdy and I was able to hammer with my regular tack hammer, although I do recommend an acrylic tack hammer. They look beautiful once placed.

Bought 2 boxes of black pearl and these red for a project. The colors of black in the red varied from one box to the other, the first box did not contain as many with swirls as the second box did. I love that an extra tack, total of 26, are in each box!! That's great customer appreciation that they include an extra, just in case! I love the irregular color of these, although I wish I had gotten more swirls, but I'm hopeful they will match the black pearl tacks. My black pearl ones unfortunately aren't here even though my order says they're delivered but hoping they get here before Saturday or I'll have to return these and resort to other tacks as Saturday's the deadline on this project! Fingers crossed!!!2 days after getting these refs in I finally got my black ones!!! Post office here was the problem.Live these beautiful black pear and red tacks, need to order more colors to accent finished pieces!!

I wanted to give this a 5* rating, but that wouldn't be an honest review. I felt that if I paid a little more on a product, that I would get better quality. NOT to say the s isn't great. The issue is, a lot of the top of the nail where there's the marble teal, it comes off. It appears that whomever glued it didn't use enough. For the price we paid for these, you'd hope you wouldn't have an issue.Other than a few tacks, the color is AMAZING. I'm restoring a late 1800/ early 1900 cedar hope chest with copper inlay.The entire project has been nutty.I knew by buying these (keeping the original copper plates) that people will either love my chest or absolutely hate it. I say this because most people who want to see a restoration on such a old piece of history, wants you to keep everything. Issue was, the copper tacks were breaking. When I went online to order copper, I saw black which I knew would look sharp. But when you go even further back in time to see the look of copper, silver and teal, what comes up is these amazing old boxes. I decided to listen to my gut and making this chest, truly one of a kind

Not a big fan of picture frames... I have a large water-color painting and wanted to mount it to the wall with a more formal touch. These are lovely. They are packaged well, no defects. I chose the blue & white version, although other colors are very nice.

I used these pins when making a headboard for my bed. Don't hit them wrong or they will bend (like any pin would). I love the turquoise color...they look so much better than the standard gold/silver when adding an accent to furniture.
