It was fairly easy to install, I bought 2 90 degree brass elbows and a ball valve. There was not enough room to put the valve straight out and the ball valve has a longer handle on it, it's easier to get to being its so tight between the tank and the side of the bed. A elbow in the tank then the ball valve and last another elbow out the bottom of th bed. It came out of the bed right above the filler hose. Very nice.

It is a good product and was fairly easy to install. The manual shutoff valve is not as good quality as I wanted but did not matter because I replaced it with a 12V solenoid valve I can control from the driver's seat. It takes some time for the gravity feed to fill the fuel tank due to the 5/16" hose and fittings. I let my fuel gage go to 2/3rds full and then turn on the solenoid valve until the gage reads full again. This system has increased my fuel range by two and half times and allows me to be more selective where I purchase diesel fuel.

Instructions were a little off for installation. My fill tube has an inner tube that actually fills the tank and prevents overflow. With that cut it will overfill the tank and splash out when filling at the pump. Clamps all fit, I went with better clamps to ensure seal. Overall a great product.

Shut off valve is on the small side. Doesn’t allow enough fuel to transfer while towing. Other then that it works

Be careful which you order , I ordered and received one for a Chevrolet , it was to big to fit my fill pipe . Never tried to install it until a month later and now I can't return it .
