Product was easy to install, only takes a 3/4†end wrench to install, tightened up my aluminum adjustable hitch. No more drum in the back of my truck. Only wish they would supply a 3/4†wrench to keep in the rig in case you do have to remove the hitch.. the product is solid.

Wow this is amazing! A low price and it works right away. It made my trailer not noisy and it gives me a more peaceful ride. It looks great it doesn't protrude or look uneasy. The lockability is amazing because it's screwed in by nuts and bolts, however one point I wouldn't need them to fix for this product in the future is the lack of easy removability. This requires you to use a ratchet every time you want to remove and install which could be frustrating for a few people including me.

Tightened everything up has they were supposed to do. Built to last. Easy to install. Nice black power coated blends in with hitch.

We needed to borrow a hitch-mounted bike rack that wasn’t a snug enough fit for our truck’s hitch. This goes on super easy and stayed snug through an entire 2-week vacation. It did leave a thin line on the underside of the bike rack where the edge pressed on the rack mount but there was no real damage or dent, just a friction mark that no one else will ever notice.

Seems to be okay, as long as each leg of the bolt is tightened equally. Just not sure how long the rubber on the ubolt will last.
