The flush is working good and the seat doesn’t really get cold in winter. I like it overall. However, it wasn’t very easy for the plumber to install it and there is barely enough place to install the faucet.

This toilet is the best! I live this design, it is high quality, the finish is superb. It came with EVERYTHING needed. The install was a breeze. The unexpected plus to this toilet is the flush! It has power when needed, but the best part is......it is whisper quite! Who knew that would be a game changer? The bathroom this is in its really small, and it fits just fine. Yes I'd recommend this to you. Fact is, the next toilet to be replaced in this house will be another one just like it. Value for the money? You get what you pay for in most cases, while this want a cheap toilet, we got the quality we paid for.

So... for some reason I thought the ADA compliant toilets were supposed to be taller than the usual toilets. But we just replaced our old Caroma toilet, and this thing is pretty short. Be advised.We had a professional install, so that part was drama free. It flushes well, and is fairly quiet. The flush seems to be robust, and so far trouble free.Aesthetically this is a lovely toilet. Its low profile makes our little bathroom look much bigger. It does feel a tad cheap, but that might just be the seat. The flush buttons aren't quite as solid feeling as I would like either. But this was a very inexpensive toilet, and my expectations were lowered before it arrived.***Update***We're going to get a different toilet. It's my fault for not measuring the 16" bowl height. I should measured our old toilet, also a "comfort height" and "ADA" compliant, but it was 17". We're getting a taller toilet, and hoping to find a home for this one. It's perfect for someone else, but not for us.

Very disappointed with this toilet. I got it for my kids bathroom and it is constantly getting clogged. I am very upset because I ordered another one, before I knew how terrible this is and haven't installed yet. Plunging a toilet regularly is disgusting and I regret both purchases.Update: the company reached out to me and offered to refund me for the toilets defectiveness

Very disappointed with this toilet. I got it for my kids bathroom and it is constantly getting clogged. I am very upset because I ordered another one, before I knew how terrible this is and haven't installed yet.
