This is a smart toilet, it senses someone sitting on the seat and does a couple seconds of "swirl" so that nothing sticks to the sides when you are doing your business. It also auto-flushes a few seconds after you rise off the seat. It's high seat model, which both my wife and I appreciate.Being tankless, everything relies on water pressure. I live in an urban environment and we have relatively high water pressure all the time. A flush consists of about 4 seconds of swirl, 7 seconds of jet, and a final 4 seconds of swirl. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it flushes on under 1.3 gallons of water; very thoroughly. There is a dial/push button on the right side of the toilet that lets you do common functions: dial back for posterior wash, dial forward for feminine wash, push the button to stop current cycle, or push button to flush if not in a cycle. It has air dry as well as wash. The times are 4 minutes for a wash followed by 5 minutes of dry. I don't have the patience for that much "extra time." Frankly the air dry isn't effective even with warm air, so I don't use it. My personal preference is a posterior wash on middle temp for a minute or so, press side stop button. Use two squares of toilet paper for a quick dry , then get up and the toilet flushes; done. There is an included remote that lets you initiate actions, adjust water, air and seat heater temps, as well as nozzle position and water jet pressure for the wash. There is also a front "kick" button at floor level, useful mainly when not using the seat. It will flush any time you tap it so if you happen to be seated and change position, accidently tapping the button, it will dutifully flush...Installation can be a little involved since in my case, I needed to run 120V power with a GFCI outlet to a location next to the toilet. It also needs to be protected from water if there is a vanity next to the toilet. My use was a retrofit using existing plumbing. The water connection was out the wall to a shutoff valve, then the toilet. I needed to use a right angle connection to get everything connected as the old toilet had lots of room, but the new one is larger and "hides" the hoses inside/behind, so the toilet is right up against the valve. It works fine, I just didn't expect it to be that close. One other point, since this toilet is tankless, it has no water "stored" for a one time flush during loss of power/water pressure. There is a provisio9n for a backup battery that you install in the control unit (seat top). With that it will flush as long as there is adequate water pressure.Oh, one other feature, the toilet bowel has a night light if you want to turn it on. I was skeptical, but tried it and I love it, never would have thought I'd like it! It's optional and can be turned on/off with the remote. It weighs close to 100 lbs, so if DIY, have some help hand to get it properly set in place. If you don't feel comfortable with the possible electrical installation and possible plumbing modifications, there would be added expense to have this installed.Overall I like it a lot and am very happy with it.

We had a large vanity and a cramped toilet in a small 3.5' x 3.5' bathroom. To maximize space I installed a smaller vanity and put this thankless smart toilet in. It's amazing! Everything works as advertised and we couldn't be more pleased. One thing I really appreciated was the ease of installation. Pulling up on the seat dislodges the back third of the toilet, which exposes the screws, plug and hookups from the top. This makes is very easy to get aligned on the flange and you don't have to work in a tight cramped space to tighten it down. You can also hook up the water and plug it in, keeping everything hidden and clean looking.I also appreciate the features on this toilet. The remote is high quality, works well, and is easily mountable. There is a twist knob that initiates the bidet / drying cycle when you are done doing your business. If your session doesn't require a bidet, this toilet automatically flushes when you stand. Also, it pre-wets the sides when you sit down, to keep things clean. The water temperatures work great, and I especially appreciate the deodorizer, which serves to keep the bathroom smelling fresh. The dryer works well. This toilet delivers and I would purchase it again.I just installed this a couple of weeks ago, so I can't speak to longevity. But my initial impressions are very very good.

There is nothing I would change about this toilet/bidet. It has all the bells and whistles. It cleans your “areas†well and you can adjust the pressure and positions. The flush it has, we have not had one clogged toilet since installing. It’s user friendly and essentially hands free. The money we will save between water, not filling up a tank and no more worrying about another toilet paper crisis. Now for installing we did have to hire an electrician and a plumber. We wanted to make sure it was installed properly and to code. We have had zero issues and bought for all 3 of our bathrooms. The look is very sleek doesn’t look out of place. We have just standard bathrooms and the fit right into place no moving anything and no tight spaces. We are extremely happy and satisfied with our purchases.

This was a great toilet for the price and has all the functions I could ever want. It was very easy to install, and only took about an hour at the most. Everything tucks behind it neatly; therefore, it doesn’t have a lot of unsightly equipment sticking out of it.The only thing I think they need to do is make the power cord a little longer. Where I plugged it in is next to the toilet, but my plugs are up above the sink vanity, so I had to end up using a drop cord.
