Update: The wifi adapter it came with kept disconnecting and my downloads wouldn't finish. So I got a new one here and it fixed the issue. It was cheap. Otherwise, pc still running with no issues.Just received it today. Set up was quick and easy. Keyboard and accessories are cheap, but they work. My old wifi adapter didn't work with this, but the one they provided, along with the Bluetooth work great. Pc is fast. Win 11, all specs check out. Inside was clean. Only issue so far is a tiny screw that was loose inside the she'll. I sat it aside until I figure out where it goes. I still have to test how it handles my vsts and plugins for music. I don't doubt it can handle those.Will update if any issues arise. Better than my laptop I was using.

Purchased to replace a Windows 10 computer to use to record music so performance was needed along with Windows 11. Many thanks to others feedback and suggestions about this unit as it’s my first Windows 11 as well. OS installed no issues on first power up and after copying thousands of files and dozens of apps from my old PC everything working great! Had to purchase a Display port cable as only comes with a short power cord. No dents or cracks on case as was mentioned by others. Opened unit to confirm can add another storage drive but need to order a $8 accessory to do that so no bigs as I saved so much on buying a refurbish. Only doc included are two pages. Best to go to Dell support site, put in the service tag number and get everything from Docs to drivers and Bios updates and yes, WiFi done via small USB adaptor included. May use but I’m connected using ethernet cable. Unit is quiet and fast to boot Windows. Bottom line, learn from tips from others like I do and savings and experience will be great!

Shipped promptly. Optiplex 5060 was in good external condition except for small marks on the case. Internally, the configuration is a little sloppy, with the SSD attached only by its cable. The system has worked fine for several months. Would probably buy from vendor again.

It came with a great new/refurbished platform, however, the system drive was a cheap King-Spec, low quality, SATA3 SSD. I immediately bought a Samsung 990 Evo Plus 2TB NVMe M.2, and installed it as there was an on-board NVMe Gen 3 slot on the mainboard. The speed increased 6 times faster, from 545 mb/sec to 3350 mb/sec. This was a very noticeable upgrade to the bootable/system drive. The mainboard also has a PCIe x4 Slot for an adapter card in case you wish to add another NVMe device. I use the King Spec for none critical backup and data drive.

When I received this computer, it was very easy to set up since they had very detailed instructions and even included a section on what to do if you needed to recover (Pictures included). Well, disappointment started day one. After about 2 or 3 reboots, the computer refused to boot with the error there was no boot system. I contacted them over email and explained the situation and what I had tried. Without hesitation, they took my word for it and trusted my diagnosis and started a replacement. They immediately sent me a pre-paid shipping label. I packed it up in the same box without cables or antennas as requested and shipped it back. Probably within a week in a half, I had a new system. I booted it, set it up, and it has been running link a champ ever since. This was a very quality system, at a good price, with fantastic customer support. Believe me, it is rare to get that kind of support. In the past, vendors have treated me like I was trying to scam them and sent me through a litany of testing and discussions before they would agree to replace it. Many times, I would just give up and get a refund. This was a breath of fresh air to have customer support that really did support you.

PURCHASED FROM JSM COMPUTERS. Excellent computer. Excellent written instructions. Windows 11 Pro loaded without any issues and all the drivers were included in Windows 11 Pro. Smoothest startup I've ever had. VLC Player, Acrobat Reader, Libre Office, and Google Chrome were all included as well ( and even Microsoft Word). Had everything I need. All the computer hardware works great !!!!!! WIFI internal card works great. DVDRW optical drive works great. New keyboard and mouse are very nice. Computer looks new to me. No issues at all !!!!!!! ( I have no idea if this is a gaming computer. It's not something I do.) Contacted JSM Computers before purchase. They answered all my questios first thing the next morning. FWIW: I use a smart phone tether as a internet connection. The computer recognized the connection immediately with a USB tether and with a Wifi tether. You will need DP adapters for your monitors. I've had the computer now for 4 days and yet to be able to turn it on. No fault of any company Its mine.Was not aware that this computer doesn't have a VGA port. So you have 2 choices the way I see it.1. Order a Display Port to VGA adapter.2. Order a new video card that's compatible with Windows 11I have order both and will try each one out and see which is the best.Just an update: Ended up using Display Port to VGA adapter. Works great and runs fast. No problems excellent computer.

Setup was quick and easy. Everything worked flawlessly. Ability to upgrade is limited though with this configuration. Great value for the price.

Came with a broken disk drive but as I don't use that technology, it does not impair my rating for this computer. I like the computer very much and at the price it is a good value. I will buy from this vendor again without reservations.

I am using this computer for my home based business. It was easy to get set up and works great for the use as a business computer. You will need to buy adapters for the monitor.
